TERMS AND CONDITIONS

please read before you make your order

1) Upon availability of the item, deposit is required to book your bag.

2) Please be considerate to pay once you have confirmed your purchase, as I have taken my time to answer all my emails.

3) Items will be shipped after full payment is received. However, I will need you to send me the proof of payment or the bank in slip before I deliver/ship it out to you.

4) You will receive your order within 7 days upon confirmation (within Peninsula Malaysia). Applicable for READY STOCK ITEM

5) Installment of 2x is only allowed for items RM1000 and above. However, item is only sent after full payment is received.

1st installment is 60% of purchase price and 2nd installment will be 40% purchase price + shipping charges. Settlement must be done before item is shipped.

6) 90% of the items are for pre-order, pre - order items take at least 2-3 weeks to reach Malaysia ..Here are the flow

1st week - processing order from the respective online to my friend/supplier

2nd-3rd week - for shipping - depending on shipping schedule/custom clearance

ETA 2-3 WEEK

Here, the bags are priced differently during sales time, depending on WHERE & WHEN it were purchased. So the same bag could have totally different prices.

The color may slightly different from the picture due to lighting effect and picture taken technique.

I'm trying my best to pass a great savings to you, so please have some mercy, and do not ask me to price match other sellers' price. It's just unfair to me. If you find better deal someplace else, good for you.

I ship to anywhere in Malaysia
Prices include shipping to West Malaysia only. East Malaysia will cost slightly more.

I don't offer CODs for some reasons. All items will be shipped once full payment is made.

NO EXCHANGES FOR ALL PURCHASERS

As pre-orders costs me shipping from US-Malaysia, I will not accept cancellations due to any reason, but will only offer some discount (case-by-case basis), if item arrives with some/little flaw like tiny scratch, which is still acceptable, considering the items you get are real bargains and at rock bottom prices.

If you are looking for perfect item, please order items from RESPECTIVE BOUTIQUES at full price.

Please remember that I cannot control how Custom inspect the item once it reaches Malaysia, and if the flaw is caused by them, which is totally out of my control.

As I strongly believe in selling only authentic products, so you can place your orders safely with me.

Every item has been inspected, and if there is any flaw to the bag, it will be described here. The sizes and description are clearly displayed, therefore, please make your decision wisely.

I also do not encourage my customers to come and view the bag at my place, because if there are too many hands scrutinizing the bags, the bags may be damaged, or tainted with finger print marks, etc. I appreciate your understanding.
